End of the beginning for Chavismo? Beginning of the end? They can't buy dollars, nor sell Bolivars

Nor any other currency of value.

DICOM, the Chavista run agency in charge of the national 3 Card Monte game called "currency auctions" announced that it has suspended these actions, as nobody wants the Bolivar. Of course, they blame the United States. (Because the sun rose in the east, Uncle Sam must be blamed!) Funny thing, offering for sale what nobody wants.

"The aforementioned event generates, among other consequences, the impossibility of liquidating in favor of the natural and legal persons that were adjudicated in the auction N CS-SO-015-17 executed on August 31, 2017, the corresponding currencies, and very much in spite of the efforts that have been made, this objective has not been achieved to date. Efforts are still being made to activate the correspondent system in various currencies that allow the auctions to be restarted in a short time."
