This Monday, January 1st, on the first day of the year 2018, once again the serious crisis in the health system of the country was evident.

A woman gave birth in a cart that was pulled by a donkey in Maracaibo, Zulia state.

The journalist Laura Castellanos reported through her Twitter account that the woman could not reach the hospital in time due to lack of transportation.

"He did not arrive on time, there was no transport and he arrived in a cart pulled by a donkey," the journalist wrote on the social network.
