Nearly all airlines have abandoned Venezuela. Yet ONE not only survives, but thrives?

Turpial Airlines, sponsored by three military hierarchy has not suffered crisis
The Cooperator

Caracas, February 6, 2018

Founded in 2014, Turpial Airlines is one of the few airlines that, in the middle of the economic crisis that Venezuela is going through, has increased its finances as well as expanded in Panama. According to an investigation by Armando.info , this is mainly due to the fact that the owners of this airline are two powerful government soldiers: Pedro del Valle Cestari Navarro and Noel Santiago López Capriata, both intimates of Major General Giussepe Yoffreda Yorio, current president of the Venezuelan Foreign Trade Corporation (Corpovex).

The information provided details that Turpial was founded on Creole land with USD 794 thousand, contributed by Cestari Navarro and his son, Pedro José Cestari, while the subsidiary in Panama started with USD 10 thousand with the help of López Capriata. Despite the crisis, the drop in passengers by air terminals and the poor service that has been reported by travelers, this airline has remained booming and, to date, has three Boeing 747-400 ships that move in each trip to 158 passengers.

According to Armando.info, the friendship between Yoffreda and Cestari, would have been born in the 80s, when both studied at the Aviation Academy. The Major General advanced in Chavez ranks and since 2005, dragged his friend to the power domes, walking through various aeronautical entities, which would have made it easier for Turpial to receive their permits in a few months, while they are regularly years of waiting.

In gratitude, Cestari would have become one of the frontmen of Yoffreda, who has been accused by the National Assembly of the food crisis. On the other hand, Lopez Capriata would also have forged ties with the now president of Corpovex, who allowed him to work in high positions of power while serving as Minister of Aquatic and Air Transport.

Oh, The OLIGARCHY! The OLIGARCHY! The OLIGARCHY!

Where are the forum UI's who like to HOWL endlessly about the OLIGARCHY of the "right-wing racists" who run rampant through Latin America?

But not a peep when the oligarchs are far-left Marxist-Leninists who pilfer the coffers of starving Venezuelans, so that 158 of their buddies can fly around on jets into abandoned airports that every major airline has pulled out of because they can't get paid in REAL currency?

Prior to 1999 Venezuela had a large middle class. Now 85% live in extreme poverty. 14% are just "poor". You can guess the 1%.

Chavez destroyed Venezuela not the Capitalists. They have looted the country.

Did the stupid rich capitalists do any of the following:?

Non-floating currency with 3 exchange rates, govt officials getting the best rate and drying up dollars needed for imports
Price controls on food during massive inflation resulting in empty shelves
Hyper-inflation due to over printing money
Neglect of infrastructure resulting in rolling black outs
Neglect of oil industry infrastructure causing oil production to decline almost by half
Jailing opposition leaders and rigging votes
Give away gas at $.37 a gal resulting in massive black market exports to surrounding countries
Handing out weapons to loyalists helping cause highest murder rates planet wide in Caracas
Seizing oil machinery/platforms etc causing foreign investment and expertise to flee
Inviting in Cuban Secret Police to help set up a Police State
Seizing farms/factories etc and running them into the ground
Etc
