WHY didn't we think of this before???? Here Maduro had the perfect solution for all the (many) problems of the Venezuelan economy at hand all this time.

The governor of Zulia said that the reason his state was experiencing rolling blackouts was that the "sun was closer to Zulia in the summer months" than other places, making things difficult.

Not to worry, though. Maduro has (another) cunning and subtle plan. He is going to anchor the New New Bolivar to the Petro cryptocurrency... which nobody can seem to find, let alone purchase.
