Bocaranda: They rehearse a "greater blackout" of the Internet in VenezuelaMarch 6, 2019
Oleg Kostko / 6 Mar 2019.- The journalist Nelson Bocaranda revealed on Wednesday that the ruling party is testing a total blockade of the Internet throughout Venezuela or in the main cities of the country.
"Runrun: They are rehearsing a bigger blackout of the Internet that would cover the whole country or the most important cities. That is why there is no connectivity or intermittency of signals throughout today. Cuba advises Russian experts present? Nobody says anything," said Bocaranda on his Twitter account.
On several occasions, temporary blockades to social networks and news web portals have been reported. The last one that was known was on March 4 before the arrival of Juan Guaidó to Maiquetía and his subsequent speech at the Mercedes concentration in Caracas
As reported by the Netlblocks organization, on March 4 they were blocked by Cantv Twitter and the Soundcloud audio storage service temporarily.

(35,320 posts)1. It would seem this was close but not quite accurate.
Better:
Estan ensayando un blackout mayor ... que cubriria todo el pais o las ciudades mas importantes.

Sad, actually.
