The State of Colombia vs Alvaro Uribe Day 12: the former prosecution chiefs and the mystery witnes

On the 12th day of Colombias trial of the century, the Supreme Court is set to hear Colombias former chief prosecutor and his deputy over former President Alvaro Uribes alleged criminal practices.
The most prominent witnesses are former Prosecutor General Eduardo Montealegre and the former Vice-Prosecutor General who initiated criminal investigations in 2011 after one of the key witnesses claiming that the Uribe family formed a death squad survived an assassination attempt.

Who Eduardo Soto is and how he may be tied to Uribes alleged fraud and bribery practices is unclear.
Witness #36 | Eduardo Montealegre
Eduardo Montealegre is Colombias former Prosecutor General. He got involved in the case almost immediately after taking office in 2012.
