I need some help to understand what availability for loans. I know that banks are not borrowing for

housing unless you are totally solid. How about borrowing for trailer homes (2 bedroom)? The the dealers have access to loans for their merchandise? Any info would be appreciated. Thank you.

dealers probably have access, car dealers do, or did in the past. (Haven't bought a car in a long time.)
