...with a big sale in the near future and a union on their back. I predict that they are going to have to sign a union contract to make their company look like a winner. (This could come under the heading of inside information, as news of this could affect their stock price, but what do I know.)

Since they decided to move ot an all part-time labor force, employees figured that they no longer had musc to lose by seeking to organize.

They could picket and get fired, or stay and starve...

Might as well picket.

WalMart is in trouble.
