Sears stock delisted from Nasdaq

Sears reached another dismal milestone on Wednesday: Its stock got delisted.

The 125-year-old company, which filed for bankruptcy protection on Oct. 15, had been trading below $1 on the Nasdaq for 30 consecutive days, which triggered the delisting.

Its final price was 36 cents a share

If it wants to get its Nasdaq listing back, Sears has 90 days to get its shares back above $1, and it must keep them there for 10 consecutive days.
