City releases photos from inside International Nutrition plant (2 dead)

The Mayor's Office released photos Thursday of damage inside the International Nutrition plant.

The photos were taken Tuesday by Jay Davis, superintendent of building and development for the City of Omaha, during a tour of the plant.

The collapse of the plant on Monday killed two workers and sent 10 to the hospital.

Davis plans to tour the facility again Monday with OSHA investigators and will write a report about the structural condition of the building. He couldn't say what caused the collapse, but said, "It was very quick and very catastrophic, whatever caused it."
