Still no replacement for petroleum diesel fuel. Even the oil companies love biodiesel because it makes petroleum diesel fuel better, but it still cannot be used everywhere all around the year. Transportation relies heavily on the stuff too. Toss in coal-burning power plants and the planet is hooked. China is at least trying to reduce its coal use some, but India is more than making up the difference by using more. Ethanol will never replace diesel fuel for freight hauling because of its power drop. We are screwed.
