Should we sue the EPA with an open records law

I'm not a legal guy, but it's my understanding the EPA has been changing it's website to remove any discussion on climate change, global warming and a long list of other science documents. This includes the removal of PDFs of science papers and findings by the EPA. My wife suggested that maybe we could sue to get those papers put back on line and made accessible to the public by an Open Records law since most all of the science work was performed via tax payer funding, and a change of administration shouldn't prevent and obstruct a citizen's access to these important documents.

What do you guys think? Is that an approach to take?
