Mystery Route For Keystone XL

So because a private company did the survey the State Dept and via them we the people don't get to know exactly the route and make a "determination" about environmental impact?? Granted, to me the bigger over-reaching concern is the continued growth of the use of Fossil fuels that it represents but this is a big problem in my opinion
