State review triggers talk of cutting back commercial fishing commission
  
Alaska's Commercial Fisheries Entry Commission formed in the 1970s to bring some order to out-of-control salmon fishing. Now, with a stable salmon harvest and plummeting oil prices, a state review that highlights potential inefficiencies is prompting talk of scaling back the commission.
