For a city ?

What is the point ? You could get a penny per day per user and generate more $$$

to lake yahola and it has an 80 foot drop over a 50 mile run. From pictures of the inside of the pipe it looks as if it is about 8 ft in diameter. Almost a straight line too, very little variance from that. I'd think that this would be an excellent candidate for a system like this
