Aleyeska Pipeline Service Co. is working on a repair for a small crude oil leak found in a buried section of the trans-Alaska pipeline, but for now an employee with a rag suffices for management.

"...an employee with a rag suffices..." They certainly know how to downplay leaks. Thwy don't say how much oil leaks into ground from how many pipelines before someone stuffs rags into them.
