Only took and abnormal El-nino to break the multi-year blocking ridge pattern.

At least this will slow the depletion of the CA aquifers.

for this year! Thanks, el Nino! We're at 100% of average in Colorado too, but these days it's one season at a time. Very unpredictable outside of an el Nino year.
