Have the prices risen dramatically on insulation (blow-in) due to all the tragedies, this year?

I had an energy audit last year when I was moving into this house, but was concentrating on other improvements at the time. I am now planning on insulating the attic, but was wondering if the prices of lumber/insulation, etc. gone out of sight due to the fires and hurricanes? If so, then my audit probably isn't accurate as to cost. I suppose they will still allow the $750 rebate.

I remember in other years when the cost of plywood and 2 x 4s exploded after hurricanes.
