Russians 'Starve' While Oligarchs Buy New Yachts - UATV English

A couple of allegedly Putin's new yachts have been discovered by the Russian 'Dosier' NGO. More and more luxury vessels appear in the overseas property of Russian oligarchs. This is against the backdrop of the impoverishment of the ordinary population.
