He is an attorney from New Zealand and attended graduate school in Beijing, with a degree in Chinese Policy.
He is fluent in a number of languages.

He is brilliant and does an excellent job analyzing Chinese policy, economics, and politics.

I don't think he is grim at all.
He is wonderful.

I watch most of the episodes, I like staying up to date on all things Chinese.
