both China and Russia are on the blink economy wise. Military they are still a force to deal with although Russia's might have declined drastically. Iran, North Korea, Belarus, and Hungary are headed for the same fate.

Ignoring the citizens of their country over power, money and and rich while conducting war craft over the world tends to pay a price.

I could care less about the governments of dictatorships, fascism or downright neglect but I do care about their people. Propaganda plays a sinister role, it distorts the truth and causes hatred where there should be less of it.

The United States of America RWers comes to mind about such propaganda.
