Norway and France have picked up what they are supplying Ukraine. And a 54 billion aid pkg from the EU has been released. Bet the WaPo article didn’t mention that…or did they?

As far as putin pulling back his offensive, it may or may not be true…he lies. Having said that Russia in general is in serious trouble, they may not have the funds or the men to fight
