that peaceful resistance is futile and the only answer is some kind of violent, underground, partisan resistance. If you resist the regime, even slightly, you're basically as good as dead. If you're going to die anyway, you might as well do it taking out a piece of transport or other infrastructure, or taking out a few of the security personnel.

I don't think anything will meaningfully change over there until there's an actual violent revolution, sorry to say.
