Jewish Man Stabbed in Jerusalem Terror Attack
A Jewish man was stabbed Thursday in his upper body in Jerusalem, in the third stabbing attack in just over 24 hours. In addition, a fourth stabbing attack and a fifth suspected attack were thwarted Wednesday evening.
Magen David Adom treated the victim, a 25-year-old man who was said to be a yeshiva student, at the site and then transferred him in serious condition to Shaare Zedek Medical Center.
A second man was lightly wounded in a clash with the terrorist, according to MDA.
A senior MDA paramedic, Gadi Miller, who arrived at the scene, said, "Lying on the road by a bus stop was a 25-year-old young man with stab wounds to his upper body. Beside him were MDA paramedics who had arrived at the site and gave him lifesaving treatment, which included bandaging, and evacuated him in serious condition to hospital. Meanwhile, at the site, we continued to treat a second victim who was lightly wounded in his limbs in a clash with the terrorist."
