Is this Russia pressuring Turkey? If so, how, why? Is it someone else? Is it happening out of the goodness of Erdogan's heart?

Bibi is happy to oblige for the right price. It appears to me he did pretty well.

Russia is relevant only as the reason Erdogan needs a win, and I expect Putin will feel that Bibi owes him now.

How is this a win for Erdogan? Oh, he gets $20M and can claim Israel gave in. I give up. Too many players.

and use grotesque visions of religion or ethnonationalism to distract their people while everything goes to pot and the intel agencies' clever games suddenly blow back: of course they scratch backs (I'd add much of Fatah and Jordan to this)
