Medics: 5 injured by Israeli fire in Gaza on Friday

http://www.maannews.net/eng/ViewDetails.aspx?ID=671660

GAZA CITY (AFP) -- Five Palestinians were wounded by Israeli army gunfire Friday near the separation barrier in the northern Gaza Strip, Palestinian medical sources said.
---
One was in serious condition from a shot to the chest, he told AFP.
---
Clashes are common on Fridays, with regular protests near the border in support of Gaza farmers who say troops uprooted their trees to create a buffer zone.

The buffer zone extends between 500 meters and 1500 meters into the Strip, effectively turning local farms into no-go zones.

How novel! An Israeli buffer zone inside another's territory. The apartheid picnic marches on.

believe that criticism of Israel by anybody, regardless of faith or belief in human rights, makes them an enemy.

But hey, I could always post crap in I/P that has nothing to do with I/P like some do.
The strange thing is that some apparently are allowed to do this.
