Knesset deputy speaker fundraises for a terror group

http://www.richardsilverstein.com/2014/04/25/knesset-deputy-speaker-fundraises-for-israeli-terror-group/

Maariv reports that Knesset deputy speaker Moshe Feiglin plans to travel to Toronto in ten days, where he will fundraise for the Canadian offshoot of the Israeli terror group, Kahane Chai. He will address a gala dinner for JDL Canada and then also speak at a Chabad synagogue in the city.

Kahane Chai, the political party Meir Kahane founded and served in Knesset, is listed as a terror organization in Israel and may not run candidates for the Knesset. Though Jewish extremists have skirted the law by giving their parties different names while retaining the same violent ideology. Feiglin is one of these and there are several others serving in both the Likud and other far-right fringe parties in the Knesset.

Feiglin is on record as denying the “Palestinians” exist. In a 1995 Haaretz interview, he said:

“There is no Palestinian nation. There is only an Arab-speaking public which has suddenly identified itself as a people, a negative of the Zionist movement, parasites. The fact that they hadn’t done so earlier only serves to prove how inferior they are. The Africans have no nations either. Only Zulus, Tutsis.”

He also expressed extraordinary admiration for Adolph Hitler in the same interview:

“Hitler was an unparalleled military genius. Nazism promoted Germany from a low to a fantastic physical and ideological status. The ragged, trashy youth body turned into a neat and orderly part of society and Germany received an exemplary regime, a proper justice system and public order. Hitler savored good music. He would paint. This was no bunch of thugs. They merely used thugs and homosexuals.”

Twenty bucks? I wonder if anyone wants to go record the event. I'd actually be tempted, if I lived anywhere near Toronto... 'cause twenty loonies to watch a real live loon sing and dance on stage is a bargain!

still chipping in $20.00 for a terrorist organisation is probably crossing some sort of line I think, even if that terror organisation is as low-rent as the JDL.

Look what happened with MK Michael Ben Ari :

Now, one might ask how someone affiliated with a listed terror organization in Israel could serve in the Knesset in the first place. However, Israel’s Knesset Speaker Reuven Rivlin, infuriated by the State Department’s visa refusal, had a different question for American officials: how can you recognize an Israeli government official as a terrorist?

Rivlin, in protest, wrote a scathing letter to the U.S. ambassador in Israel, Daniel Shapiro, demanding that the decision be reversed:

“I would like to express my protest against the decision and request that it be reconsidered.”"Mr. Ben Ari is a Knesset member who represents the National Union party, an entirely legitimate party in the Israeli parliament. As a public official in Israel, a close ally of the U.S., he cannot be recognized as a member of a terror group or be prohibited from visiting the U.S.,” Rivlin wrote.

Apparently, the Obama administration sees things differently.

And rightly so.

I remember when Lieberman first entered the Knesset, there was some hubbub even in the American media about him being the first crypto-fascist to serve as foreign minister. By comparison he seems almost reasonable now compared to some of these other guys.

........just because he took America's side against Bibi recently .

He is a snake .

.......or maybe a wolf in sheep's clothing
would be better :

Liberman could pull this off, too, and at some point I expect he’s going to try to reinvent himself as a peacemaker. He’s already said he’s willing to part with land, even in Arab East Jerusalem, for an agreement with the Palestinians, which he’s said he wants for the sake of Jewish unity.

So his table is set. There will be no more “Only Liberman understands Arabic” ads like he ran in the 2009 campaign. Instead, I’d guess he’s going to play on his image of strength and stamina (which sure was juiced up by this acquittal) and come up with something like — “Liberman: The strength to make peace.” Or — “Liberman: Because only the strong can make peace.” Or something along those lines. He’s got his work cut out for him, being a former Kach member and ex-barroom bouncer, a spouter of death threats against Arab Knesset members, and a serial defendant who seems to have an uncanny deterrent effect on prosecution witnesses. Can Liberman sell himself as a peacenik? Will centrist Israeli voters buy it? There’s no guarantee. But I wouldn’t put it past him, and I wouldn’t put it past them, either.

Funny thing about racist supremacism and fascism... they're wildly popular when they're unleashed. Not because they're good ideas, but because they are effortless empowerment. Suddenly, being born white, or being born German, or being born Jewish, makes you a superior, better being than all those lesser creatures... and not just that, but you're empowered to express that superiority - you can abuse blacks, demolish synagogues, shoot Arabs - and the state and party will back you up, saying it's your right as a white man, as an Aryan, as a Jew! I imagine it must be a heady brew, to have nothing but your circumstance of birth, but that one thing still empowering you like a king over those whom the state considers "lesser beings."

The trick is, getting rid of this shit once it's infected a society.
