Besides, I've already said that we, the US, care about ISRAEL more and hold her to a standard that she gives herself. I am an atheist. I have no favorite group of people who identify with the same theocracy. Being a part of an oppressed people in the US makes me sympathize more with oppressed people across the world, whether they like my kind or not.

The reason so many people think attacks on Jews is "ok" in the UK or USA or France is because of what Israel does , is because they got involved in this conflict because of Jews .

These people doing the attacks in the main are not Muslim or Palestinian they are Irish or Australian or Danish or from the USA and involved in this because of opposition to Jews --- they then attack the Jews .

Attacks on Jews is apparently something that SOME DUers just find too distracting from what it is they want to discuss. So distracting that they simply cannot scroll by the thread, they must park themselves in it and complain bitterly that everyone isn't obsessing about the same things they want to obsess about. So distracting that they can't find one second to decry the fact that people are suffering beatings and other disgusting behavior for something they have nothing to do with. Let's all put our lives on hold and help them put their hands over their ears so they don't have to hear anything they find too disturbing and too distracting.

There are those who simply cannot discuss the subject of Jews without bringing Israel into it and anybody who wants to discuss ANYTHING but Israel are nothing but cheerleaders. They don't even realize how pathetic they are.

I don't believe it's a left or right issue though when your so obsessed with Jews and minimizing or ignoring or playing down AntiSemitism it's not really because you support Palestinian rights .

Look at Greta Berlin of the Free Gaza movement as a perfect example, her hate of Jews as illustrated on her Facebook page made her a huge supporter of " Palestinian rights" and tarnished the reputations of genuine Palestinian rights activists that they disowned her.

A huge amount of the support from non Palestinians is this phenomenon.
