I think the comparison he makes is ridiculous and shows a complete lack of understanding of the subject. Or rather a deliberately manipulative means to make a specious rhetorical point.

What would you say to continued posts of Thomas Sowell, Victor Davis Hansen, or Dennis Prager (assuming they were even allowed on DU)? You'd reject them out of hand, the same way that we reject anything by Weiss or from Mondoweiss.

The same argument by Weiss could presumably be used to allow the Chinese to flood Tibet entirely; robbing Tibet of its cultural identity altogether.

There's nothing wrong with the Jewish state keeping its Jewish identity. No more than any other country wanting to maintain its unique culture & identity.
