Ghislane Maxwell's attorney and close friend is Laura Menninger of Haddon, Morgan, & Foreman PC.

Although John Ramsey was a lifelong conservative Republican, he turned to Haddon, Morgan & Foreman, a law firm almost synonymous with Colorado’s Democratic political machine.
Creative speculation: pedophiles lurk at beauty pageants looking for beautiful children to kidnap and then traffic them. So, yeah Ghislane is a pedo, so of course she would be cruising child beauty pageants. That's why it is conceivable she would appear in a picture with JonBenet Ramsey.
Weirder still is that John Ramsey dated Beth Holloway, whose daughter Natalee Holloway disappeared in Aruba.
