Microwave auditory effect ?

The first American to publish on the microwave hearing effect was Allan H. Frey, in 1961. In his experiments, the subjects were discovered to be able to hear appropriately pulsed microwave radiation, from a distance of 100 meters from the transmitter. This was accompanied by side effects such as dizziness, headaches, and a pins and needles sensation.

Sharp and Grove developed 'receiverless' wireless voice transmission technologies for the Advanced Research Projects Agency at Walter Reed Army Institute of Research, in 1973. In the above mentioned journal entry to The American Psychologist, Dr. Don Justesen reports that Sharp and Grove were readily able to hear, identify, and distinguish among the single-syllable words for digits between 1 and 10 . Justesen writes, "The sounds heard were not unlike those emitted by persons with an artificial voice box (Electrolarynx). Communication of more complex words and of sentences was not attempted because the averaged densities of energy required to transmit longer messages would approach the [still] current 10mW/cm² limit of safe exposure."[6]

Alexis told police he believed people were following him and "sending vibrations into his body," according to a Newport police report.

He told police that he had twice moved hotels to avoid the noise he heard coming through the floor and the ceiling of his rooms, and that the people following him were using "some sort of microwave machine" to prevent him from sleeping.

when I first got my computer, there were not as many places to post and we used to go to Mirc's chat rooms. There was one I went to once in a while, mostly about ufo's but other anomalies as well, and a fellow used to come in and warn us of the day that was to come...when people treated with some sort of ray would be given a signal to kill, and those with the treatment would respond, not knowing why or who programmed them to kill. He said that at one time he had worked at Area 51, but no longer. but he did not say that Area 51 was where these treatments were given....

Forgot all about it until Alexis' complaints to the police...

It stands for Widely Heard Inspirational Sub-audible Projectors Emitting Eardrum Reverberations Silently (WHISPEERS); and groups conducting perverse research use the illegal technology on an unsuspecting public in cities worldwide. Small projectors are hidden in walls, ceilings, furniture, appliances or bedding of targeted individuals or projected over a wide area with multiple units using more powerful projectors. Originally, the technology was a top-secret of numerous super-powers; but now Auschwitz-like researchers use (WHISPEERS) to conduct experiments on the public, which constitute Crimes Against Humanity. The technology is also used in homes of unsuspecting individuals who might own valuable property a research group intends to purchase at fire-sale prices after they use (WHISPEERS) to Inspire criminals to install the illegal transmitters in a subject's bedroom, where the technology is used while a subject sleeps. Our subconscious is more susceptible when we are asleep; and multiple overnight (WHISPEERS) attacks will cause anyone to begin to make poor business or romantic decisions, which will eventually cause a couple to sell a home or business property at a substantial loss. A crime syndicate is using it on my landlady, her husband and customers right now in Tupelo, Mississippi. The state is building a super highway in the front yard; and Wall Mart is about to buy property less than a mile from this location. The couple, who recently began to argue with each other - a great deal - for no apparent reason, is on the verge of a divorce; but the woman cannot pay property tax on this gigantic piece of land without her husband's income. It's quite a show.

In radio, a high-frequency carrier signal is modulated (made louder and softer) at audio frequencies. The high-frequency component is stripped off by the receiver, and the audio remaining is amplified so you can hear it.

Another way microwaves can be modulated is by interference of two microwave signals. This can generate interference "beat frequencies" at the frequency of the difference in frequency between the two microwave signals. So by changing the frequency of one of the interfering microwave beams, you can generate audio beat frequencies.
