(40,416 posts)Thanks. The last one like that posted here was apparently a sign from CA after the Prop 8 battle, but was posted here as a NC sign. I do not think the OPer did that intentionally. Regardless, maybe we should be careful about our sources.
If this is the real deal, that is absolutely awesome. Please, somebody with good BW do the research and find a reliable source.
Thanks again. I am doing a bounce in anticipation.

(40,416 posts)I wish it had been a NC church. NCers that voted for Amendment One may just say that those evil libruls in CA are attempting to interfere with politics in our Christian state. (Or something to that effect.)
But, I still love it. Okay, here's more bouncing.

The billboard will be put up by a California company, but that does not change where it is being put up.

(18,998 posts)Because there are too many words used...remember this is to be seen from a car going down a highway...it is a rare person that can read fast enough to get the message.

(3,233 posts)too wordy for a billboard. I do appreciate the sentiment they are expressing, but in order to be effective it needs to be re-thought and severely streamlined.

(18,998 posts)that is when it pays to hire a professional.
NorthCarolina
(11,197 posts)a high traffic area for sure. It will be seen by many, many folks for as long as it is allowed to remain. It will also be very close to the Billy Graham Center and World Headquarters, so I suspect that the sign will not last long before it is defaced and/or removed.
