FYI, text of First Circuit Court Of Appeals panel ruling on DOMA Section 3

An important step, a so-so ruling, IMO.

Not a game-changer. But then again, I suppose we weren't really expecting one at this point.

On to the U.S. Supreme Court... eventually.

Sorry for my ignorance, but I seem to recall that Ted Olson and the other guy (forgot his name) either are arguing, or are going to argue the California prop 8 case in the SC. So this would be 2 cases that are headed to the Supreme Court?

Again, I apologize but it gets confusing after a while.
