I am transgender and having to deal with people's ignorance and unwillingness to help me has been hell for a lifetime,but I am 3/4ths to being a male. My insurance fucks me over every 6 months because I have a stupid female name and can't afford to change it or my gender yet.People need to be aware that transgender is NOT a fetish.
It is about identity and physical problems,on a biological level.Trans people should be treated as they need to be,so they can feel whole and at peace.Glad there is an awareness week.Let people ignorant of what it means to be trans be made aware! Including the dumb fucks at United health care making this repeated stupid gender mistake over and over with me that turns getting my T into a regular and totally unnecessary struggle for me and my doctor to deal with caused by the ass hats who are operating as MA in maryland!
