What an amazing piece of work children are our future, but I guess they are not that valuable.

I really teared up there, that was an amazing video did by a group of young men, not by some celebrity paid millions to speak empty words.

But I speculate that it is about children dying. They leave one by one.

For all I know they were singing about oatmeal, so my speculation might be terribly wrong.

That is why they were walking off the stage at regular intervals. The song was called "Mad World" by Gary Jules.

Lyrics:

All around me are familiar faces
Worn out places, worn out faces
Bright and early for the daily races
Going nowhere, going nowhere

Their tears are filling up their glasses
No expression, no expression
Hide my head I wanna drown my sorrow
No tomorrow, no tomorrow

And I find it kind of funny, I find it kind of sad
The dreams in which I'm dying are the best I've ever had
I find it hard to tell you, I find it hard to take
When people run in circles its a very, very
Mad world, mad world

Children waiting for the day they feel good
Happy birthday, happy birthday
And I feel the way that every child should
Sit and listen, sit and listen

Went to school and I was very nervous
No one knew me, no one knew me
Hello teacher tell me, what's my lesson?
Look right through me, look right through me

And I find it kind of funny, I find it kind of sad
The dreams in which I'm dying are the best I've ever had
I find it hard to tell you, I find it hard to take
When people run in circles its a very, very
Mad world, mad world, enlarging your world
Mad world

ETA: At the end, the last boy standing announces the name of the sponsor website and mentions that a child dies every three seconds in the world. Hope this helps.

for the International Children's Fund. Every three seconds, a child leaves the group on stage to the song "Mad World". When it gets down to the last boy, he announces that a child dies every 3 seconds, and to visit the ICF's website.
