I'm not sure how it works, but I believe that your alert will go to MIRT and/or the Admin. Abusive PMs are a violation of TOS on DU. You don't have to put up with them.

After you alert on it, I recommend blocking that poster from being able to send you any other PMs. Do this by putting them on ignore and choosing the block mail option.

I tend to be pretty intelligent with OS related and Network related items. I am not sure why that got through, and hope it isn't an excuse to blow this off, but otherwise, I wouldn't want an innocent person to get charged, either.
