The haters insist that God is incapable of mistakes in his creation, and yet
insist that certain "abominations" exist within that creation.
The fucking hypocrisy blows my mind.

Just a little about my personal situation, if you will indulge me.
My husband is an asexual/self hating/ bi-sexual.
He came of age during the Harvey Milk era.
He came from parents who LITERALLY were friends of Ozzie and Harriet.
Harriet was at my daughter's baby shower. I have pictures to prove it.

My husband married me, had a child with me, because that was what
was expected of him.

This is what bigotry and hate does to lives.

Oh, and by the way, his groomsmen at our wedding were my gay room mates from college.
I love him, despite his lies and self deception and self hatred-

We are parents and partners TOGETHER.
No matter the sexual differences between us.

I have far more compassion for him than he does for himself, as in I understand
why he needed to marry, have a child and all that to please his parents. Yada, yada.
Fact is, I was PISSED at him for deceiving me, but I completely understand at this point,
given his homophobic upbringing.

That is my story and hope others will share theirs, as it relates.
