(16,402 posts)[font color="navy" face="Verdana"]Recent acquisition of a unit that serves as a mobile, sitting/standing desk has worked well to get me on my feet quite a bit more, but I haven't been out walking quite enough. That's a new priority.
Such a simple solution to so many health problems!

(4,465 posts)Just Do It. That 30-60 minutes of exercising will end. Just lace up your shoes and get out there, the quicker you start the sooner it will be over.
That is what I tell myself when I SO don't want to go for a run or walk my dog. It usually works.
