23 and 1/2 hours: What is the single best thing we can do for our health?

Can you limit your sitting and sleeping to just 23 and 1/2 hours per day?

A Doctor-Professor answers the old question "What is the single best thing we can do for our health" in a completely new way.
Dr. Mike Evans is founder of the Health Design Lab at the Li Ka Shing Knowledge Institute, an Associate Professor of Family Medicine and Public Health at the University of Toronto, and a staff physician at St. Michael's Hospital.

It's science-based, non-confrontational, and entertainingly presented. I don't think you can ask for anything more in an educational video.

[font color="navy" face="Verdana"]Recent acquisition of a unit that serves as a mobile, sitting/standing desk has worked well to get me on my feet quite a bit more, but I haven't been out walking quite enough. That's a new priority.

Such a simple solution to so many health problems!

Just Do It. That 30-60 minutes of exercising will end. Just lace up your shoes and get out there, the quicker you start the sooner it will be over.

That is what I tell myself when I SO don't want to go for a run or walk my dog. It usually works.
