Hulu: The Patient

Steve Carell plays a psychologist who is kidnapped and held hostage by a serial killer. The killer wants full time therapy and the psychiatrist reluctantly provides. A really serious and well done acting performance from Steve. It's as much about his characters inner demons as it is the killers.

a great effort all around -- acting, writing, production -- but deeply and hauntingly disturbing.
