Two good things that are better together -

I'm trying to drink more water, and I'm also trying cherry juice as an inflammatory. Tip 1 or 2 tablespoons of cherry juice into a glass of water, and it's better than cherry soda!

I'm experimenting with using frozen cubes of cherry juice. So far, it doesn't freeze solid in my freezer.

although I can get it to cycle with percussive maintenance, so I went and bought a new one yesterday. After Wednesday, I'm looking forward to being able to freeze something besides lettuce.

Yes, the side by side froze lettuce and melted ice cream.

I have a Soda Stream setup and a shopping list of concentrates ready to go. Cherry is on it as well as pear, peach and apple. Fizzy peach soda should be a real treat.

of cherry juice are you using? Just what can be found on the juice isle or are you

Wegman's is really pushing organics. It probably gives them a better profit margin than organics, but then I don't have to drive all the way to Syracuse to find a co-op, so it's all good!

BTW - you really have to work the Google to get past all the woo sites and people selling cherry juice, but there are NIH studies suggesting that cherry juice is a good anti-inflammatory.
