Argh, I woke up this morning at 4:34 my mind racing through every possible horror in the universe...

... and all the misadventures of my own life.

My doctor has written my prescriptions such that I have some latitude in regulating my own dose.

Looks like one more pill might be appropriate.

If these were fun meds I might be happier, but they're not.

I've been waking up about 3:00 for the last few days. Not enough time remaining to take more sleep medication, but definitely not enough sleep to be able to function at work.

Hang in there! We need every Democrat to fight these assholes!

what you're describing, the horrors and the misadventures going around and around. So I hope you'll not mind my saying that I have found breathing to be about the most reliable way to deal with it. It takes a bit of concentration, but not anything superhuman. Any form of breathing will do, from just counting your breaths to watching how it goes in and out, to all sorts of more structured exercises your can find out about. I like the plain old breathing myself. It doesn't take very long to kick the in if you do it.

Wishing you some peace.
