I'm scared and full of doubts

About the future how trump wants to invalidate the disability of mental illness. I struggle with my mind most days . I feel so confused, scared threatened by evil people in power. I want it all to stop. I feel like there is nothing I can do to stop them from destroying people, destroying the country, and I feel like people in politics on our side aren't going to fix it, they'll move on and forget us.
Because disability and mental illness just isn't important enough.

I hate trump and republicans with the heat of a million sun's. Trump and republicans remind me of cruel people who have hurt me and they trigger the crap out of me,they stir up symptoms.

We feel helpless and it does seem as if he’s out to get us all in some fashion. I sincerely hope you find some peace despite his reckless ways. I really think at some point he’s going to be stopped. More and more people are standing up against him. I hope it’s sooner rather than later.

or inclination to do much for mental illness. But he won't be President forever. Remember, thanks to Obamacare, mental illness treatment (counseling and other therapies) are now covered under most insurance (albeit, there are usually co-pays involved). There will hopefully be a new Democratic President who will give this more attention. Until then, don't let him ruin your existence - you are not alone.

is also complex: Don't ever let them fuck you out of your tomorrow, because them or us, that's all we have. And we all have the same tomorrow. And we all get 24 hours, same as them.

And it's pretty easy for me to realize my tomorrow will be better than theirs. Far better, for many reasons.

way at some point. In the end, evil always loses and the liberal backlash when he is gone will be severe. They will pay, vengeance will be sweet. There will be no turning the other cheek when this group of traitors is gone. We will see justice done. We will pick each other up and if you don’t have the strength to carry on the fight rest assured we will not stop by until Republicans pay for their actions. Take care of yourself, we are all here to help and support one another in the days to come. We wil force America to correct course, we must.

It's an anxious time for most of us in the country. I attended a Better Angels Red-Blue Workshop last month and was surprised about how afraid the Republicans in the group were. I knew we were afraid, but didn't realize they were as well.

I hope you are able to surround yourself with those who know and love you, and that you spend time each day taking care of yourself. Counting blessings is a wonderful thing for helping yourself. I had a box of big index cards on which I wrote what I called my spiritual vitamins. Encouraging scriptures and quotes, and reminders of mountaintop moments were in there. I read one or more every morning, along with the kinds of stories in the Chicken Soup for the Soul books. Eventually I'd internalized those messages, and when someone asked if I might loan them to her I did. When I retired I didn't ask for them back. I can still recall the messages whenever I need them.

I'm hopeful that Democrats will regain control, and I am confident that they will work to strengthen and extend healthcare and mental healthcare provisions.
