This shake turned out pretty good -

2 cups milk (or soy milk)
Protein powder
1 banana, diced
6 strawberries, diced
juice of 1/2 lime
1 tsp. vanilla
cinnamon, to taste
crushed ice, to desired consistency (skipped this)

Blend well. Enjoy!

Anyway, dang! I have a pint of vanilla in the freezer...next blend gets it.

Mangostein Juice
Homemade almond milk
Spring water

Blend until it's all purple and drink!

Made 4 quarts this week.
