(34,136 posts)With sliced butternut squash, sliced sweet potatoes, carmelized onions and garlic, venison sausage, brown rice with summer squash and zucchini mixed in, a 'sauce' made with cream of celery soup, and sharp cheddar cheese melted on top.
It turned out really good and I'm looking forward to the leftovers!

(22,340 posts)Did the burrito with chipotle cole slaw last night and this morning, after my 15-mile bike ride, I'm going with the eggs and beans. Best of both worlds.

But I can start cooking again!

(106,886 posts)So so brownies from yesterday - a little too crusty, but tasty. Crumbled up the last of my macadamia cookies into the mix. Figured a bit of half 'n half would be good. I never get the time or the temp right. Or I don't follow the directions, duh. Baking is my blind spot in the kitchen.
