I'm making pulled pork nachos from leftover gin and tonic pulled pork from the weekend. I'll drizzle the nachos with a spicy bbq sauce followed by black beans and fresh jalapenos, scallions and tomatoes from the garden. I'll top it with fresh guacamole, cilantro and a teeny bit of ranch. I basically stole the recipe from The Fish & The Hog...a wonderful restaurant in Waimea, HI. Their nachos were to die for.

Cucumbers in sour cream
Garlic green beans (just picked ‘em)
Corn muffins

We have 3 flavors of ice cream for dessert. We brought them home from Cockeye’s Creamery over the weekend, any of you folks in NEOhio should try them, it’s the best ice cream I’ve ever had (besides my own homemade)! (On Parkman Rd. In Warren)

White House
BlackBerry dark chocolate chunk
Wired (coffee ice cream with chocolate chunks and brownie pieces)

since I was a teenager, waiting tables and scooping more flavors than Baskin Robbins at an Isaly's restaurant 50 years ago. Very nostalgic.

He made salmon candy and with the belly is making smoked salmon fettuccine. All homemade.
I did the garlic bread with butter, garlic powder and fresh parsley. Also some extra to sprinkle the plates.
Salad too.
