(23,334 posts)I'm making pulled pork nachos from leftover gin and tonic pulled pork from the weekend. I'll drizzle the nachos with a spicy bbq sauce followed by black beans and fresh jalapenos, scallions and tomatoes from the garden. I'll top it with fresh guacamole, cilantro and a teeny bit of ranch. I basically stole the recipe from The Fish & The Hog...a wonderful restaurant in Waimea, HI. Their nachos were to die for.

We have 3 flavors of ice cream for dessert. We brought them home from Cockeyes Creamery over the weekend, any of you folks in NEOhio should try them, its the best ice cream Ive ever had (besides my own homemade)! (On Parkman Rd. In Warren)

(5,674 posts)He made salmon candy and with the belly is making smoked salmon fettuccine. All homemade.
I did the garlic bread with butter, garlic powder and fresh parsley. Also some extra to sprinkle the plates.
Salad too.
