Tried something a little different tonight.
I took cut up broccoli and zucchini and tossed it with a cup of rustic tomato sauce. Spread it out on a baking pan and put seasoned chicken legs ontop. Roadyed at 375f until done.
Came out well. Next time I will brown the chicken first so the veghies won't cook quite as much.
