Roll cake with strawberries.

I wouldn't have the patience to make this, but it looks so cool, and I'll bet it's delicious. This person is from Korea, so turn on closed captioning for the English translation.

That is a very elegant way to make it.
You can make standard sponge cake in large, flat pan & then layer with whipped cream+ then strawberries & roll it it up & store in frig.
