Toasted chocolate chip muffin.

I have breakfast sausages in the slow cooker. When they are finished, I will have one with a sweet potato fritter. I toast the fritters in the air fry. Maybe I'll drizzle a little maple syrup over the top.

poached egg on toasted, buttered WW english muffin, and of course, his yogurt earlier this morning with blueberries (from frozen).

I've been having water most of the morning, and just made a mocha. Even tho not hungry, I needed to eat something. In my quest to make life in the kitchen easier, I had bought a can of diced mango and put it in the fridge to chill. Opened it up a few minutes ago, tastes nothing like mango, but a lot like the diced peaches in fruit cocktail. Took a few bites and put it back in the fridge. Husband can use it for his yogurt.
