Strawberry Fruit Roll Ups!!

Well.... I'm giving these a shot tonight...

I had trouble getting a nice, smooth thin layer.... the parchment paper buckled a bit and my spatula wasn't a great help.

Appreciate any tips from pros... and will post more feedback in a day or two.

The middle, where the spread was a bit thicker, didn't set up so well. But the outer edges were yummy!!! So I think I just need to perfect my spreading technique!

Had no idea fruit roll ups were so easy!!!

We used to make them when Bill hiked more often. Great trail food!
You might try them on a silicone mat instead of parchment?
