Thinly sliced ham over corn-scallion-shishito pepper almond flour pancakes.
Over the top is vegan un-honey. "Chocolatey and caramelly" is how they describe the flavor.

Crispy green pepper on the side. Gotta' have that crunch.

Mandarin orange and blueberries with my dark Chinese tea.
